everybody say "cheese"!!!
Blogger of the week: Jacob
This week:
During writing we wrote about our Vermont people, places, and events.
On Friday, we went to Cabot Creamery. We got to sample cheese, watch a movie about how cheese is made, and we got to go on a tour and see how cheese is made. While we were there PEPPER JACK was being made, so it smelled sort of bad.
Next week we are taking SBAC. We should sleep lots and not eat too much sugar. Ms. Appleby wants us to have healthy snacks and get outside next week after testing on the computer. We are also allowed to chew gum as long as it doesn't end up anywhere it isn't supposed to.
The week after next we have VACATION!

a note from ms. appleby:
Dear parents and guardians,
Our 3/4 students will be taking the english and language arts section of the SBAC test next week in the mornings. We will begin on Monday, April 11 and continue through Friday. This "test" (I don't like calling it that) will not reflect individual students, but is a chance for the school to look at our student body and what we need to improve on. All we ask is that students put their best effort in.
Please be sure that students are getting plenty of sleep, eating healthy meals, and drinking plenty of water prior to testing and throughout the week. I have told students not to stress out-- just do the best they can, as I am sure they will. No homework will be given next week.
Thank you,
Ms. Appleby
